It takes a special person to set out on a journey of discovery, even when friends and family marginalize, discredit, bear false witness, disrespect and  accuse of being delusional and a conspiracy theorist, yes special indeed. It is incumbent on all of us to hold steady and remember the truth is indeed special and takes a special person, willing to search for it. The truth is worth searching for, especially when so much in this world is deception and lies.

Now more than ever we must find our center and lead the search for truth. We must do everything in our power to light the way and illuminate our surroundings praying we help others to awaken from their slumber and see the truth, even if it is just one small piece.

Certain Things are NOT Okay, Healthy Boundaries, War is Criminal Genocide, Empire or No Empire, Negative Fear Based Agenda vs. Positive Love Based Agenda, Helping Humanity or Hurting Humanity, Life vs. Death, Light Frequencies vs. Darkness, Service to Self or Service to Others. Choose Now.


Certain Things are NOT Okay;
We, collectively, have allowed this Government to do things, in our Name, that are fundamentally flawed [criminal] and unacceptable to the Best Interest(s) of our Nation and the World. In a phrase; It is NOT Okay. I think back to the Genocide we perpetrated on our North American Indigenous population, literally killing [Mass Murder] of innocent men, women and children. It was not okay when we did it and it is not okay now. In fact it is High War Crimes and Genocide and, "We the People" must Demand it STOP immediately. To fail this test makes us complicit in the Crime(s). Choose Now.

Healthy Boundaries;
When one is confronted with a unhealthy dynamic then it is critical that one develop healthy boundaries or one will get caught in a loop that is very difficult to extricate oneself from. We must assert our sovereign individualism and set healthy boundaries as far as what is acceptable behavior by our Government when it comes to making War on other people [Nations] or on United States Citizens. We must demand that our Government listen to the will of the people and cease and desist from all its foreign wars and the killing of innocent men, women and children.

We are killing the populations of Central Asia with the same intent that we killed the North American Indian population. It is mass genocide, ritualistic blood sacrifice, and the blood is on each and every American who sits back and allows this slaughter to take place, in our name. The reckoning is here. Healthy Boundaries means accountability by each individual person. It is not time to compartmentalize the horror of mass murder and human slaughter but rather face the truth and come to terms with what we have allowed. We need to set healthy boundaries on our Government. Choose Now.

War is Criminal Genocide;
Obviously when 1.5 million innocent people in Iraq have been killed, by our Agenda to control the oil and have Perminant Military Bases in the Region, then it is unjustified war and Criminal Genocide. It is obvious to any critically thinking adult that we are in the region to secure our energy supplies and to control the Earth Grid Lay Lines that fall within Iraq [Ancient Star Gates]. One must Do Your Own Research, DYOR and come to your own truth. An yet we justify our criminal behavior falsely defending the BIG lie. Mass murder is Genocide and mass murder on an industrial scale can only take place when good people turn their heads and allow it to continue. The information is easily available for any thinking person to access. Either we are for it, or against it. Choose now.

Empire or No Empire;
Rome was not built in a day and America [Anglo/American Empire] was not either.We are the Generation that has come [incarnated] in Earth to put a STOP to this madness of Empire Building as a means to Control the Planet. Six point five [6.5] billion people do Not support an agenda by the few, to have a Global Empire, controlled by 1% of 1% of the Richest People on Earth. The Globalist agenda for Empire goes back to the founding of our Civilization and has its roots in our Ancient Origins. One must follow the trail and understand that we have been subverted, as a race, through our Genetic manipulation and our subjugation by an off world, Trans Dimensional intelligence that is anathema to our Best Interest(s). The Agenda for World Empire is built on a false construct that is creating death and destruction around the world as it seeks Full Spectrum Dominance and Control. The Empire is built on the pain and suffering of humanity and only benefits the Rich. This is a clear choice; Choose Now.

Negative Fear Based Agenda vs. Positive Love Based Agenda;
Our role as Sovereign Human Beings is to align ourselves and polarize either Negative or Positive, taking on a Fear based perspective or a Love based perspective. We are about seeking a higher order of reality or a lower order of reality. The negative fear based  perspective is expressed when we seek an agenda that is based on Power and Control and Domination of those less powerful. When we are aligned in the positive polarity and express love, compassion, empathy and peace, we are seeking an agenda that is supporting each persons sovereign,  individual, unique perspective based on their superposition in space and time. It is not about dominating others but rather freeing them to explore their own contribution to the collective experience.Choose Now.

Helping Humanity or Hurting Humanity;
This is simple enough for a four year old. Are we helping or hurting? Killing people is not helping anyone, ever. The Super Rich who have an agenda to control all the people and all the resources of the planet might think in their twisted reality that killing off 95% of the human population will somehow help them control this planet but that justification is in itself madness and has no value to the experience of each unique human life that now walks the planet. We the People of Earth must make a free will choice to either help our Brothers and Sisters or hurt them. If we are employed within the Political Military Industrial Complex and we are helping to execute the Perpetual War Doctrine, Empire Building, GMO Food warfare, Bio warfare, Frequency warfare, Scientific Totalitarian Dictatorship or any other professional occupation that subjugates and incarcerates the good people of this planet, then you are Guilty of hurting humanity. If one is working for CIA, Military, Information Technology, Homeland Security, NSA, Corporate Media, Pharmaceutical Industry or any other organized effort that compartmentalizes ones job to keep the person in the dark as to what is the true agenda, then it is time to wake up and seek the truth as to what you are really doing, i.e. Helping Humanity or Hurting Humanity? Choose Now.

Life vs. Death;
Another easy choice. Life versus death, do we support a Government that has shown itself to be in the killing business or do we face the demons in our own inner psyche and say enough is enough? Lets go back in time and ask the simple question; were we justified in taking the life of the American people [American Indians] ? Were we in support of Life? or Death? Simple straight forward question and it is time to understand that our support for a Perpetual War Agenda speaks to either supporting Life or Death. It is very dark to think that human beings would embrace death over life and yet that is the truth when one dissects the question. Empires are not built when a Nation supports life, rather they must support death or they fail at Empire. The American people must choose; Life or Death. Choose Now.

Light Frequencies vs. Darkness;
I utilized the phrase Light Frequencies vs. Darkness rather than Light vs. Dark in order to illustrate the reality behind the physics of Light. Light is a spectrum that incorporates frequencies of light, a very broad bandwidth [maximum light] or a very narrow band on the frequency bandwidth of the light spectrum. One can be filled with a lot of light or just a little and everything in between. Darkness is the absence of light and therein lies the reality of our experience while within this aspect of the creation. 

Now to understand our Name; Hue [light spectrum] man being, human being. We are designed as Light Spectrum Beings, Intelligent Beings of Light. Once we understand who we really are and the way our bodies are designed to operate, in this reality, then and only then will we understand that we either power ourselves up with light or power down with darkness. Our Energetic Body utilizes a wider aspect of the light spectrum when we are emoting love and compassion, empathy and peace and utilizes less when we are in fear or emoting a negative subset of that emotion. Love fills us with light and fear fills us with darkness. Choose Now.

Service to Self or Service to Others;
One must choose the path one will follow, while in the Earth Plane; Service to Self or Service to Others. The choice to align oneself with a service to self limits ones ability to graduate to a higher frequency on the light spectrum, in essence a wider bandwidth to experience life. One is held back from seeing the other dimensions of the creation. It keeps one in a lower and slower reality and that limits ones ability to experience more.

The Service to Others path is one that is about putting others first and seeking ways to improve ones ability to give. It does not mean serving others and not taking care of oneself. In truth one must be whole and healthy or ones abilities are limited. Service to Others will raise ones frequency increasing their love, compassion, empathy and  inner peace. Choose Now.

Choose Now;
We must choose now, each and every one of us, individually and collectively, because the survival of our Hue-man Race is at stake. I am asking each person reading this article to choose now so we might change the dynamic from a Victim Consciousness to Conscious Creator Consciousness. We are approaching the tipping point and it is crystal clear that something is about to happen. My intuitive side tells me we can affect the outcome if we will join together and consciously create the kind of world we want to live in. We either choose to be a victim, powerless, weak and splintered or we Rise up on wings of Eagles and Fly.

We the People, have to clear the smoke from our eyes and begin to understand the way this World System is set up; first is the fact that 1% of 1% own and control all the resources of the planet and they have organized the Political System to support the status quo. Let’s look at the way the system really works.



The Elite Bloodlines have control of the Money System, from the creation of the money supply, credit and finance capital, to the means of production and the political power. We the People literally have no power to control anything and therein lies our dilemma.



Since 1% of 1% own and control everything that leaves 99.99% of the people to either play along and allow this system to self perpetuate or decide to change it to best reflect the Best Interests of Humanity.



In real terms the Global Elite need a reliable workforce to carryout their agenda so they can maintain their current model. They overpay 10% of the workforce to do the work that keeps them in power; i.e. the Political System, the Military Industrial Complex, the Banking System, the Educational System, the High Technology Sector, the Energy Monopolies, the Information and Communication Industries and the Health and Pharmaceutical Industries. Without their Cadre of willing workers [who sell their soul for comfort] they would be dead in the water and "We the People" would take back our Planetary System from the Criminals who are now running things.



Let’s look at the Perpetual War Doctrine; The Corporations are extensions of the Global Elite. The ownership is held by this super minority and they create perpetual war as a means to keep the people enslaved to their manipulated passions. The Real War is a class struggle between the Super Rich and the working class poor.



The Elite can not keep the system going without their minions who do their bidding; i.e. the Intelligence Apparatus, the Military Brass, the Political Yes Men & Women, the Corporate Boards. They overpay them so they will enslave all of us and all the common everyday people of the world. We the People never have a chance to stop and see it is really about keeping us enslaved so we don't wake up to their game.



One must understand the way they utilize Blood Sacrifice on a grand scale. They are Masters at manipulating our human energy which involves frequencies of Fear. They time all major battles to take place on certain key dates, on certain Lay Lines so the frequencies of fear are uploaded to the Earth Grid. They know all too well how to stir up humanity and cause the maximum emotion of fear so they can harvest our frequencies of fear. They also harvest our Soul Energy when we give up our Life Force and this is the true reason mankind has been in a Perpetual War for thousands of years.



Poor people don't need to be fighting poor people; we have nothing to gain from fighting each other. Conversely we have everything to gain when we overturn the current model that keeps all the power in the hands of 1% of 1% and their cadre of willing workers [Nazi Traitors who have sold Humanity out for comfort].



Solutions: first we must educate our brothers and sisters to the truth and then rise up and take back our power. Our power is first and foremost energetic. We must quit feeding the system through our Non-Compliance. We must become self sufficient and LOCAL. We need local food production, local political representation, local education, local manufacturing, and local community service and most important of all local defenses. We must defend our Freedom.



Solutions: We must cleanse our Inner Psyche. This means connecting to our Higher Self and becoming the Energetic Frequency of Love. Not just wanting to be loved, or share love, but rather "Be Love Itself". Freedom means taking Responsibility for our Expression. It means a willingness to give rather than take. It means reaching for the stars and not wallowing in the pain of our current dilemma.



Solutions: Not quitting until the job is done. We incarnated in this age to change the paradigm from its current model, i.e. Fear Based, Power and Control, to a more holistic, fair model incorporating the higher frequencies of love, compassion, empathy and peace. We are the generation that is alive today that will change this system and overturn the Criminalization of our Planet and the subversion of our human race.



We really are going to do it and nothing can stop us from achieving our Highest Good. We have the Frequencies of Light on our side and Darkness has No Power over us. Darkness is the weak force, LIGHT is the POWERFUL FORCE, everybody knows that Truth, that is Physics 101.



Let us join ourselves in this Great Awakening, let us do the work that needs to be done, in this lifetime, in this age, for the Best Interests of our Human Family.

Letter written from London by the Rothschilds to their New York agents introducing their banking method into America: “The few who can understand the system will be either so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours, that there will be no opposition from that class, while, on the other hand, that great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage that Capital derives from the system, will bear its burden without complaint and, perhaps, without even suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests.”


Nathan Rothschild said to the Commons Secret Committee on the question early in 1819: “In what line of business are you? – Mostly in the foreign banking line. “Have the goodness to state to the Committee in detail, what you conceive would be the consequence of an obligation imposed upon the Bank [of England, which he owned] to resume cash payments at the expiration of a year from the present time? – I do not think it can be done without very great distress to this country; it would do a great deal of mischief; we may not actually know ourselves what mischief it might cause. “Have the goodness to explain the nature of the mischief, and in what way it would be produced? – Money will be so very scarce, every article in this country will fall to such an enormous extent, that many persons will be ruined.”

The director of the Prussian Treasury wrote on a visit to London that Nathan Rothschild had as early as 1817: “.., incredible influence upon all financial affairs here in London. It is widely stated.., that he entirely regulates the rate of exchange in the City. His power as a banker is enormous”.

Austrian Prince Mettemich’s secretary wrote of the Rothschilds, as early as 1818, that: “… they are the richest people in Europe.”

Referring to James Rothschild, the poet Heinrich Heine said: “Money is the god of our times, and Rothschild is his prophet.”

James Rothschild built his fabulous mansion, called Ferrilres, 19 miles north-east of Paris. Wilhelm I, on first seeing it, exclaimed: “Kings couldn’t afford this. It could only belong to a Rothschild!”

Author Frederic Morton wrote that the Rothschilds had: “conquered the World more thoroughly, more cunningly, and much more lastingly than all the Caesars before…”

As Napoleon pointed out: “Terrorism, War & Bankruptcy are caused by the privatization of money, issued as a debt and compounded by interest “- he cancelled debt and interest in France – hence the Battle of Waterloo.

Some writers have claimed that Nathan Rothschild “warned that the United States would find itself involved in a most disastrous war if the bank’s charter were not renewed.” (do you see the similarities here? If you don’t play the game an economic disaster will fall on you and you will be destroyed.)

“There is but one power in Europe and that is Rothschild.” 19th century French commentator.
Lord Rothschild (Rockefellers and Rothschilds’ relatives) in his book The Shadow of a Great Man quotes a letter sent from Davidson on June 24, 1814 to Nathan Rothschild, “As long as a house is like yours, and as long as you work together with your brothers, not a house in the world will be able to compete with you, to cause you harm or to take advantage of you, for together you can undertake and perform more than any house in the world.” The closeness of the Rothschild brothers is seen in a letter from Soloman (Salmon) Rothschild to his brother Nathan on Feb. 28, 1815, “We are like the mechanism of a watch: each part is essential.” (2) This closeness is further seen in that of the 18 marriages made by Mayer Amschel Rothschild’s grandchildren – 16 were contracted between first cousins.

“Centralisation of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.” The Communist Manifesto. In the case of the Bolshevik revolution, Rothschilds/ Rockefellers’ Chase Bank owned the state. In the US, the FED owners “own” the state.

Rothschilds’ favorite saying who along with the Rockefellers are the major Illuminati Banking Dynasties: “Who controls the issuance of money controls the government!”

Nathan Rothschild said (1777-1836): “I care not what puppet is placed on the throne of England to rule the Empire. The man who controls Britain’s money supply controls the British Empire and I control the British money supply.”

Rockefeller is reported to have said: “Competition is a sin”. “Own nothing. Control everything”. Because he wants to centralize control of everything and enslave us all, i.e. the modern Nimrod or Pharaoh.

The Rothschild were behind the colonization and occupations of India and the Rothschild owned British Petroleum was granted unlimited rights to all offshore Indian oil, which is still valid till this day.

“Give me the control of the credit of a nation, and I care not who makes the laws.” The famous boastful statement of Nathaniel Meyer Rothschild, speaking to a group of international bankers, 1912:

These people are the top masterminds and conspired for the creation of illegal FEDERAL RESERVE BANK in 1913: Theodore Roosevelt, Paul Warburg – Representative Of Rothschild, Woodrow Wilson – U.S. President Signed FED Into Act, Nelson W. Aldrich – Representative Of Rockefeller, Benjamin Strong – Representative Of Rockefeller, Frank A. Vanderlip – Representative Of Rockefeller, John D. Rockefeller – Rockefeller Himself, Henry Davison – Representative Of J. P. Morgan, Charles Norton – Representative Of J. P. Morgan.

In the last century, members of the British Fabian Society dynastic banking families in the City of London financed the Communist takeover of Russia. Trotsky in his biography refers to some of the loans from these British financiers going back as far as 1907. By 1917 the major subsidies and funding for the Bolshevik Revolution were co-ordinated and arranged by Sir George Buchanan and Lord Alfred Milner. [no doubt using money from Cecil Rhodes' South African gold and diamond legacy - Ed] The Communist system in Russia was a “British experiment” designed ultimately to become the Fabian Socialist model for the British takeover of the World through the UN and EU. The British plan to takeover the World and bring in a “New World Order” began with the teachings of John Ruskin and Cecil Rhodes at Oxford University. Rhodes in one of his wills in 1877 left his vast fortune to Lord Nathan Rothschild as trustee to set up the Rhodes Scholarship Program at Oxford to indoctrinate promising young graduates for the purpose, and also establish a secret society [Royal Institute of International Affairs RIIA, which branched into the Round Table, the Bilderbergers, the CFR, the Trilateral, etc -- Ed] for leading business and banking leaders around the World who would work for the City to bring in their Socialist World government.

Rothschild appointed Lord Alfred Milner to implement the plan.

Benjamin Freedman (Friedman) said this in 1961, Washington (he was a millionaire insider in international Zionist organizations, friend to 4 US presidents, and was also part of the 117-man strong Zionist delegation at the signing of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919 where Germany was forced into bankruptcy to the Zionist BankLords and social chaos):

“Two years into WW1, Germany, which was then winning the war, offered Britain and France a negotiated peace deal, but German Zionist groups seeing the opportunity made a deal with Britain to get the United States into the war if Britain promised to give the Zionists Palestine.”

In other words, they made this deal: “We will get the United States into this war as your ally. The price you must pay us is Palestine after you have won the war and defeated Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey.” They made that promise, in October of 1916. Also in attendance at this two day meeting of the World’s most powerful businessmen and financiers hosted by Jacob Rothschild were James Wolfensohn, president of the World Bank and Nicky Oppenheimer, chairman of De Beers. Arnold went on to secure the governorship of one of the biggest economies on the planet a year later. That he was initiated into the ruling class in the Rothschilds’ English country manor suggests that the centre of gravity of the three hundred trillion dollar cartel is in the U.K. and Europe not the U.S.

A recent article in the London Financial Times indicates why it is impossible to gain an accurate estimate of the wealth of the trillionaire bankers. Discussing the sale of Evelyn Rothschild’s stake in Rothschild Continuation Holdings, it states: …[this] requires agreement on the valuation of privately held assets whose value has never been tested in a public market. Most of these assets are held in a complex network of tax-efficient structures around the World.

Queen Elizabeth II’s shareholdings remain hidden behind Bank of England Nominee accounts. The Guardian newspaper reported in May 2002 … “the reason for the wild variations in valuations of her private wealth can be pinned on the secrecy over her portfolio of share investments. This is because her subjects have no way of knowing through a public register of interests where she, as their head of state, chooses to invest her money. Unlike the members of the Commons and now the Lords, the Queen does not have to annually declare her interests and as a result her subjects cannot question her or know about potential conflicts of interests…”

In fact, the Queen even has an extra mechanism to ensure that her investments remain secret – a nominee company called the Bank of England Nominees. It has been available for decades to the entire World’s current heads of state to allow them anonymity when buying shares.

Therefore, when a company publishes a share register and the Bank of England Nominees is listed, it is not possible to gauge whether the Queen, President Bush or even Saddam Hussein is the true shareholder.

By this method, the trillionaire masters of the universe remain hidden whilst Forbes magazine poses lower ranking billionaires like Bill Gates and Warren Buffett as the richest men in the World. Retired management consultant Gaylon Ross Sr, author of Who’s Who of the Global Elite, has been tipped from a private source that the combined wealth of the Rockefeller family in 1998 was approx (US) $11 trillion and the Rothschilds (U.S.) $100 trillion. However something of an insider’s knowledge of the hidden wealth of the elite is contained in the article, “Will the Dollar and America Fall Down on August 19?..” on page 1 of the 12th July 2001 issue of Russian newspaper Pravda. The newspaper interviewed Tatyana Koryagina, a senior research fellow in the Institute of Macroeconomic Researches subordinated to the Russian Ministry of Economic Development (Minekonom) on the subject of a recent conference concerning the fate of the U.S. economy:

We the People, have to clear the smoke from our eyes and begin to understand the way this World System is set up; first is the fact that 1% of 1% own and control all the resources of the planet and they have organized the Political System to support the status quo. Let’s look at the way the system really works.

The Elite Bloodlines have control of the Money System, from the creation of the money supply, credit and finance capital, to the means of production and the political power. We the People literally have no power to control anything and therein lies our dilemma.

Since 1% of 1% own and control everything that leaves 99.99% of the people to either play along and allow this system to self perpetuate or decide to change it to best reflect the Best Interests of Humanity.

In real terms the Global Elite need a reliable workforce to carryout their agenda so they can maintain their current model. They overpay 10% of the workforce to do the work that keeps them in power; i.e. the Political System, the Military Industrial Complex, the Banking System, the Educational System, the High Technology Sector, the Energy Monopolies, the Information and Comunication Industries and the Health and Pharmaceutical Industries. Without their Cadre of willing workers [who sell their soul for comfort] they would be dead in the water and "We the People" would take back our Planetary System from the Criminals who are now running things.

Lets look at the Perpetual War Doctrine; The Corporations are extensions of the Global Elite. The ownership is held by this super minority and they create perpetual war as a means to keep the people enslaved to their manipulated passions. They know all too well how to stir up humanity and cause the maximum emotion of fear so they can harvest our frequencies of fear. Poor people don't need to be fighting poor people; we have nothing to gain from fighting each other. Solutions: We must cleanse our Inner Psyche. This means connecting to our Higher Self and becoming the Energetic Frequency of Love. Not just wanting to be loved, or share love, but rather "Be Love Itself". Freedom means taking Responsibility for our Expression. It means a willingness to give rather than take. It means reaching for the stars and not wallowing in the pain of our current dilemma.

Solutions: Not quitting until the job is done. We incarnated in this age to change the paradigm from its current model, i.e. Fear Based, Power and Control, to a more holistic, fair model incorporating the higher frequencies of love, compassion, empathy and peace. We are the generation that is alive today that will change this system and overturn the Criminalization of our Planet and the subversion of our human race.

I spent eight (8) years in Federal Prison for a marijuana charge and it pains me deeply to see what is being done to these innocent people in our name. They are Nazi from the top down. Any person who stays silent is responsible for these atrocities, it is murder and child killing. Shame on the American people for allowing this genocide to take place. And shame on all the people who help, CIA Personal, Military Officers and Personal, the Politicians, the Contractors, the Support Personal, the Corporations who rape all of us with each drop of blood.

This is from Ludwig von Mises’s economic masterpiece, Human Action, written sixty years ago in 1949:
The problems involved in direct government interference with consumption. . . concern the fundamental issues of human life and social organization. If it is true that government derives its authority from God and is entrusted by Providence to act as the guardian of the ignorant and stupid populace, then it is certainly its task to regiment every aspect of the subject’s conduct. The God-sent ruler knows better what is good for his wards than they do themselves. It is his duty to guard them against the harm they would inflict upon themselves if left alone.

Self-styled “realistic” people fail to recognize the immense importance of the principles implied. They contend that they do not want to deal with the matter from what, they say, is a philosophic and academic point of view. Their approach is, they argue, exclusively guided by practical considerations. . . .

However, the case is not so simple as that. Opium and morphine are certainly dangerous, habit-forming drugs. But once the principle is admitted that it is the duty of government to protect the individual against his own foolishness, no serious objections can be advanced against further encroachments. A good case could be made out in favor of the prohibition of alcohol and nicotine. And why limit the government’s benevolent providence to the protection of the individual’s body only? Is not the harm a man can inflict on his mind and soul even more disastrous than any bodily evils? Why not prevent him from reading bad books and seeing bad plays, from looking at bad paintings and statues and from hearing bad music? The mischief done by bad ideologies, surely, is much more pernicious, both for the individual and for the whole society, than that done by narcotic drugs.

These fears are not merely imaginary specters terrifying secluded doctrinaires. It is a fact that no paternal government, whether ancient or modern, ever shrank from regimenting its subjects’ minds, beliefs, and opinions. If one abolishes man’s freedom to determine his own consumption, one takes all freedoms away. The naïve advocates of government interference with consumption delude themselves when they neglect what they disdainfully call the philosophical aspect of the problem. They unwittingly support the case of censorship, inquisition, religious intolerance, and the persecution of dissenters.

Radicalism on the drug issue is often seen in terms of the politics of the 1960s and since, but twenty years before Woodstock, one of the most serious and significant thinkers ever to ponder the importance of human liberty said all this, going far beyond what most critics of drug policy would say today.

But is Mises correct? Does he overstate his case? Is the abolition of the right to consume whatever someone wants really taking all his freedom away? And does drug prohibition really send us on the path to censorship and religious persecution?

In America, our liberties our ostensibly protected by the U.S. Constitution and particularly the Bill of Rights. How much has the drug war compromised our Constitutional rights? Let us consider a countdown, starting with the Tenth Amendment and moving to First.

The Tenth Amendment says “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” This effectively means that if the Constitution does not grant the power to the federal government over something, then it is for the states and people to decide. Some people here would say this is the most important amendment. If the federal government obeyed it, the entire drug war as we know it would be impossible.

In 1909, Hamilton Wright, U.S. official to the Shanghai Opium Commission, complained that the Constitution was “constantly getting in the way” of his drug war ambitions. Indeed, in domestic politics, there is no Constitutional authorization for a federal drug war whatever. Without a grant of power, the U.S. government is supposed to butt out.

In 1914, Woodrow Wilson signed the Harrison Narcotic Act into law. There was no constitutional basis for this, but at least by the time alcohol prohibition came around, it was recognized that the federal government would need constitutional authority to ban liquor. They passed the 18th Amendment and repealed the disaster of alcohol prohibition with the 21st amendment.

By 1937, however, there was no more such deference to Constitutional procedure. That year, Franklin Roosevelt signed the Marijuana Tax Act into law, effectively banning marijuana at the federal level. All the major federal drug laws since then had no Constitutional basis, and all of them seemed to come with general expansions of federal power. Just as Wilson’s ban on heroin and regulation of cocaine came during the activist Progressive Era and marijuana prohibition was part of FDR’s New Deal, the next major wave of federal drug law came in the 1960s, during the Great Society, and culminated in the 1970 Controlled Substances Act just as Nixon was continuing LBJ’s policies of guns and butter.

This relates to the medical marijuana debates since the 1990s. When states began allowing medicinal pot, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush both cracked down on their dispensaries, and many advocates of states’ rights decried this violation of federalism. A case went to the Supreme Court on 10th Amendment grounds and all the liberals on the court, all favoring a federal government with few limits on its power, upheld Bush’s raids. Three conservatives dissented, including Clarence Thomas, arguing that the federal government had no authority through the commerce clause to interfere with California’s medical marijuana policy.

If Obama indeed stops the medical marijuana raids, it will probably not be because, as his spokesman says, he believes “that federal resources should not be used to circumvent state laws.” On general questions of policy, including the drug war, Obama and most liberals favor federal supremacy. If California goes through with legalizing marijuana outright, will Obama really do nothing about it? Will the administration actually find ways to crack down on medical marijuana while claiming the operations it’s targeting are not for medical use — as it has done before? Is it possible that Obama, not believing in the constitutional principles at stake, will accelerate other aspects of the drug war?

The Tenth Amendment alone invalidates the federal drug war, and so too does the next one down.

The Ninth Amendment says “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”

This means that just because a personal right is not specifically mentioned does not mean the federal government can infringe upon it. Certainly the rights to use and sell drugs are being attacked in this very way.

And in moral terms, this is what the drug war means. It is the denial of self-ownership. Someone who can’t decide what to put in himself does not own himself. The logic of the drug war is that the government owns you.

We look at all the rights trampled in the name of the drug war and we see how all rights are connected. People are denied the right to self-medicate and take the treatment they desire. Not just in regard to illegal drugs either, but those that are regulated.

The Food and Drug Administration is tied at the hip to the Drug Enforcement Administration. The pharmaceutical interests who control federal prescription drug policy have a stake in maintaining a control on what drugs people can do. The FDA, by keeping life-saving drugs off the market, has forced tens and tens of thousand Americans to die prematurely. Mary Ruwart puts the number in the millions.

What would amuse me if it were not tragic is that so many liberals defend the FDA even as they question the drug war. But if you have a right to do drugs to get high, you surely also have a right to do any drug that you think might save your life. Medical freedom in its true sense is totally impossible without drug freedom.

Because of the drug war, the right to travel is impeded, and the right to have and transfer money. Laws against money laundering — itself a victimless crime — have sprung up almost entirely because of the drug war. And anyone who believes that the right to practice free enterprise is important and guaranteed by the Ninth Amendment must necessarily oppose the drug war, which violates free market principles in a million ways.

Next on our list is the Eighth Amendment, which guarantees that “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

Well surely any punishment is cruel for a victimless crime. Conservatives might say this is a liberal reading of the Amendment. But at the time the Bill of Rights was adopted, prisons as we know them hardly existed, and the notion of imprisoning someone for ten years for growing hemp, on which the Constitution was drafted, would have been seen as quite cruel and quite unusual. In the 1970s and 1980s, Congress passed mandatory minimum laws which reduce the discretion of judges in handing out sentences — almost all such federally determined sentences are for drugs or guns.

The average sentence in federal prison for drug trafficking is longer than for sexual abuse. The burgeoning prison state is one of the most horrifying features of modern American history, with the drug war playing a huge part. About one in four or five Americans prisoners are there for non-violent drug offenses — acts that were totally legal in the nineteenth century. Before Reagan stepped up the drug war, there were half a million Americans in prison or jail, and another 1.5 million on parole or probation. There are now more than two million behind bars and seven million total in the correctional system. Prisons grew by 500 percent from 1982 to 2000 in my state of California.

One out of four or five prisoners are there for drugs alone. And for their non-crime, they are sentenced to a personal totalitarianism: Gang violence, an alarming frequency of prison rape, beatings and sometimes death. Americans by the hundreds of thousands who have never raised a finger against anyone are in constant fear of being abused and turned into slaves by their cellmates. How any American can think this is in any way consistent with civilized society boggles the mind.

Bail is often ridiculously high for drug war victims — $1 million or more. The advent of asset forfeiture — whereby the government confiscates your property and essentially accuses it of being guilty of a civil offense — has become an effective way to circumvent the “excessive fines” clause.

What about the Seventh Amendment? It reads: “In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.”

I mentioned civil asset forfeiture. It is important to recognize that there is no criminal hearing for the vast majority of forfeiture victims. The property is seized through civil litigation. But since the property itself, and not the owner, is on trial, the Bill of Rights offers no protection. There’s no right to a trial. If a person wants to reclaim his confiscated property, he must ask for a trial. If the court rules that the property be returned, the government can ask for another one, or merely make return of the property contingent upon the victim paying tens of thousands of dollars in fines.

You might be a charter pilot who has his plane taken as part of a drug investigation, and be unable to pay the six grand to get your plane back after being bankrupted by the legal system. This happened to Billy Munnerlyn in the early 1990s. You could be the wrong color or have the wrong amount of cash on you and lose it all to confiscators who get to keep a cut of what they steal.

One point of the Seventh Amendment was to protect the rights of Americans to sue government officials for wrongdoing, and have a fair trial — not the type of mock trial the Founders saw used by the British Crown to let their officials off easy. The drug war has turned this entire idea on its head. Now the government can just take your property without charging you and all you can do is hope that it lets you make your case in a fixed sham proceeding that you are innocent.

The Sixth Amendment reads, “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.”

For standard crimes like murder, theft, rape and the like, it is perhaps possible to have trials reasonably available to every suspect. But there are simply too many drug offenders for this and no victims to serve as reliable witnesses. So the standard of evidence has been lowered to the point where the mere existence of enough cash and a cop’s say-so is enough to convict.

What’s more, defense attorneys are often burdened with a hundred clients at once, so they must prioritize and leave those who are fated to only a year in prison to lesser hearings. Some judges have even refused to assign public defenders in drug cases.

A dangerous alternative to the trial system is the “drug court,” wrongly touted by some reformers, including the Obama administration. In Obama and Biden’s “Blueprint for Change” they propose to “Expand Use of Drug Courts” to “give first-time, non-violent offenders a chance to serve their sentence, where appropriate, in the type of drug rehabilitation programs that have proven to work better than a prison term in changing bad behavior.”

But as Morris Hoffman, a state trial judge in Denver and an adjunct professor of law at the University of Colorado, warned at the USA Today blog in October last year:

[It's] not just that drug courts don’t work, or don’t work well. They have the perverse effect of sending more drug defendants to prison, because their poor treatment results get swamped by an increase in the number of drug arrests. By virtue of a phenomenon social scientists call “net-widening,” the very existence of drug courts stimulates drug arrests.

Police are no longer arresting criminals, they are trolling for patients. Denver’s drug arrests almost tripled in the two years after we began our drug court. At the end of those two years, we were sending almost twice the number of drug defendants to prison than we did before drug court.

Attempting to win the drug war, even in a more progressive sense, is thus no substitute for abandoning it altogether. The only change I can believe we’ll see under Obama is more erosion of the Sixth Amendment.

We’re just getting started. The Fifth Amendment states: “No person shall be. . . subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
Mandatory drug testing can be seen as self-incrimination, as soon as the results are used in criminal prosecution. Civil asset forfeiture has allowed for the deprivation of life and liberty without due process, and also for the effective phenomenon of double jeopardy, as people are punished both in the civil and criminal systems.

The Psychotropic Substances Act of 1978 expanded the use of forfeiture to include any property connected to the drug crime in any manner. An early 1990s study estimated that 80% of people who lost their property to civil asset forfeiture were never charged with a crime.

We often hear of money being confiscated for drug residue, which can be found on over 90% of the cash in circulation. We hear of people losing their homes, cars, boats and businesses because of the presence of marijuana seeds. The drive to get loot, some of which police get to personally keep, has even led to some deaths, as was the case with Donald Scott, a California rancher gunned down because bureaucrats wanted to seize his land on which they claimed they found some seeds. Michael Bradbury, the Ventura County DA, said that the police raid was “motivated at least in part, by a desire to seize and forfeit the ranch for the government… [The] search warrant became Donald Scott’s death warrant.”

I shouldn’t even have to discuss how the Fourth Amendment has been compromised.

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Where to begin? Warrants have become a mere bureaucratic technicality, rubberstamped or often neglected altogether in the pursuit of drug offenders. No-knock raids have become a commonplace in modern American life. 92-year-old women are murdered and have drugs planted on them. Men who shoot no-knock invaders are sentenced to death, and if they’re lucky, have their sentences reduced to life — this happened to Cory Maye in Mississippi. Children are shot in the back. Family pets are killed by laughing officers as they break into homes searching for drugs.

With a real crime, it is often possible to have an “Oath or affirmation” backing the warrant, which can actually “describe the persons or things to be seized.” In a murder case, a warrant can describe a bloody knife. Drug war warrants are typically too vague to pass constitutional muster. Mere suspicion that some law is being broken is often enough.

The courts have ruled that if the government tries to arrest you when you’re in public, and you escape into your home, they can now search the home without a warrant. As for automobiles, drug war roadblocks have erased the Fourth Amendment concerning cars, which are now treated as the property of the state.

The Supreme Court recently ruled that police may prevent people from entering their own homes while the police apply for a warrant. These abuses are often glorified on television as the necessary implements to catch vicious criminals, but they originated with, and are principally used for, the war on drugs.

Americans tend to look at the Third Amendment as an anachronism. “No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.” Surely this hasn’t been touched by prohibition, has it?

Even by a very narrow reading, I believe it has. In one instance, in 1997, 40 members of the Army National Guard moved into the Las Palmas Housing Project in Puerto Rico to search for drugs. Years later, there were hundreds there.

More broadly, the entire spirit of the Third Amendment has been trounced. The point of the amendment was to prevent the abuses seen with the British Quartering Act, to protect Americans from having to quarter soldiers — to support them, even financially — except at wartime when and through legal means. But all around us, we have seen the police militarized in the name of the drug war.

Some conservatives objected when Bush modified the insurrection act and amassed more presidential power to call up the National Guard on his own say-so. But this trend began before 9/11. In a hearing on the drug war in 1994, then Congressman Chuck Schumer said, “The National Guard is a powerful, ready-made fighting force. Redefining its role in the post Cold War era presents exciting possibilities in the war against crime.”

Also troubling have been the attempts to weaken Posse Comitatus, which since Reconstruction has forbade the use of the military in civilian law enforcement. But before the war on terrorism, there was the drug-war loophole. In the 1980s, Posse Comitatus was amended to allow for military-police cooperation in drug interdiction. Whereas the military was understood to be inappropriate for the enforcement of federal civil rights during Reconstruction, it was supposedly okay for the drug war. This precedent culminated in the largest massacre of American civilians by their own government since Wounded Knee.

Why was the military involved in Waco sixteen years ago? Because the government decided to treat their upcoming publicity-stunt raid as a drug measure. They claimed the Branch Davidians had a meth lab. That’s how they got the warrant and military involved. That’s how they got the military weapons. It was only later that the excuse shifted to child abuse or illegal gun ownership.
Which brings us to the Second Amendment. One of the terrible tragedies of our time is that more people do not understand the connection between the drug war and gun rights.

As soon as violating people’s rights to find drugs became excusable, the crusade against private gun ownership got a big boost. Both concern the ownership of inanimate objects. As wars on possession crimes, both government crusades rely on the same kinds of dirty tactics, the punishment of minor offenders with disproportionately long sentences as a deterrent, the erosion of due process, privacy and the rights of the accused.

The relationship between the drug war and violent crime has been documented. The spike in violent crime following prohibition has traditionally led to more severe enforcement of gun laws. Both gun control and the drug war lead to violent black markets, and thus more state power in a spiraling vicious cycle of mutual reinforcement.

It was, after all, the bootlegging gangs that emerged out of alcohol prohibition that served as the inspiration for the first major federal gun law: The National Firearms Act of 1934. A year after the Marijuana Tax Act of 1937, the Federal Firearms Act of 1938 passed on a similarly used an abusive interpretation of the Commerce Clause.

Moreover, just as with terrorism, the two issues became linked in law enforcement. Federal law mandates additional penalties if drug dealers are caught in mere possession of a firearm. Nobody wants to stick up for the rights of drug dealers to keep and bear arms. But so long as they are violating no one’s rights, they should be left in peace. There are many legitimate reasons, from a moral perspective, that a dealer would want to defend himself.

Many non-violent drug convicts are automatically denied the right to bear arms. This is a serious and grave attack on the human rights of drug convicts who have already paid a debt to society that they didn’t even owe.

The lesson is clear: If you want your right to self-defense protected, you must oppose drug prohibition.

Last but not least is the First Amendment, which states “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

For years, politicians have wanted to censor us, using the drug war as an excuse. Probably the most notable example was Senators Feinstein and Hatch’s proposed Methamphetamine Anti-Proliferation Act, which in its original language would have outlawed speech that advocated drug use or production and cracked down on websites that merely linked to sites that sold drug paraphernalia. Then there is the more general chilling effect of students being harassed in public schools for outwardly advocating drug use or legalization.

Here in New Hampshire, Ian Freeman has been threatened with criminal penalties for the act of advocating drug possession.

As for religious liberty, American Indians have long used hallucinogens as religious rites, and have risked penalties under federal law for the peaceful exercise of religion. This brings us to a fundamental incompatibility between the First Amendment and the drug war.

Under the American Indian Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1994, American Indians can use peyote because it is part of their religion. But if something is peaceful, anyone should be allowed to do it, whether it is recognized by the government as religious or not. For peyote users to be jailed because they do not believe in its spiritual dimension is a de facto official government endorsement and granted privilege for some religious groups. If it can conceivably be allowed for the religious, it must constitutionally be allowed to everyone. Yet for peyote users to be jailed despite their religion is a violation of their religious liberty. The only way to reconcile religious liberty with federal drug law is to abolish it altogether.

Thus we see that Ludwig von Mises was hardly off the mark. The entire Bill of Rights has been shredded in the drug war. In Constitutional terms, “If one abolishes man’s freedom to determine his own consumption,” one does indeed “take all freedoms away.” With even the precious First Amendment battered, Mises was right that the drug warriors “unwittingly support the case of censorship, inquisition, religious intolerance, and the persecution of dissenters.”

The alternative, say the drug warriors, would be worse. They persist in their claims that we are utopians and unrealistic. But it is their vision of a drug-free America that is unrealistic. America’s prisons are constantly monitored and prisoners have very little of what we would call civil liberty, yet drugs flow throughout the system. America itself could become one big drug prison and their vision would be no closer to being obtained.

Obviously we need to dismantle the architecture that has been utilized to crush our freedom and liberty, in the false construct, known as the Drug War. It has never been about drugs but rather about Full Spectrum Dominance and Control, in the name of fighting drugs. The Drug War is a smoke screen so 1% of 1% can maintain their power .and control over the people.


It is well documented that the Intelligence Apparatus controls the drug trade from the source to the end user. They profit on the way up and they profit on the way down. Their criminalization of drugs secures their control and funding of their Black Operations [Black/Ops] and employs all the assets of the Criminal Justice System, Police, Judges, Lawyers, Jailers, Sheriffs, DEA, FBI, CIA, Customs, ATF, right down to Parole Officers.


It is a system…….to control the American Citizen and make sure they never enjoy true freedom. Our freedom and liberty has been subverted and we no longer are free.

I was raised believing in the West Point Code of; “Duty, Honor, Country”. I had an Uncle, a Father, two Brothers in Law, my wife’s Uncle and many friends who have a family member who graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point. They are suppose to be the Guardians of the Republic and members of the “Long Grey Line.”

“General Westmoreland, General Groves, distinguished guests, and gentlemen of the Corps. As I was leaving the hotel this morning, a doorman asked me, “Where are you bound for, General?” and when I replied, “West Point,” he remarked, “Beautiful place, have you ever been there before?”

No human being could fail to be deeply moved by such a tribute as this, coming from a profession I have served so long and a people I have loved so well. It fills me with an emotion I cannot express. But this award is not intended primarily for a personality, but to symbolize a great moral code – the code of conduct and chivalry of those who guard this beloved land of culture and ancient descent. That is the meaning of this medallion. For all eyes and for all time, it is an expression of the ethics of the American soldier. That I should be integrated in this way with so noble an ideal arouses a sense of pride and yet of humility which will be with me always.

Duty, Honor, Country: Those three hallowed words reverently dictate what you ought to be, what you can be, what you will be. They are your rallying points: to build courage when courage seems to fail; to regain faith when there seems to be little cause for faith; to create hope when hope becomes forlorn. Unhappily, I possess neither that eloquence of diction, that poetry of imagination, nor that brilliance of metaphor to tell you all that they mean.

The unbelievers will say they are but words, but a slogan, but a flamboyant phrase. Every pedant, every demagogue, every cynic, every hypocrite, every troublemaker, and, I am sorry to say, some others of an entirely different character, will try to downgrade them even to the extent of mockery and ridicule.

But these are some of the things they do. They build your basic character. They mold you for your future roles as the custodians of the nation’s defense. They make you strong enough to know when you are weak, and brave enough to face yourself when you are afraid.

They teach you to be proud and unbending in honest failure, but humble and gentle in success; not to substitute words for action; not to seek the path of comfort, but to face the stress and spur of difficulty and challenge; to learn to stand up in the storm, but to have compassion on those who fall; to master yourself before you seek to master others; to have a heart that is clean, a goal that is high; to learn to laugh, yet never forget how to weep; to reach into the future, yet never neglect the past; to be serious, yet never take yourself too seriously; to be modest so that you will remember the simplicity of true greatness; the open mind of true wisdom, the meekness of true strength.

They give you a temperate will, a quality of imagination, a vigor of the emotions, a freshness of the deep springs of life, a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity, an appetite for adventure over love of ease. They create in your heart the sense of wonder, the unfailing hope of what next, and the joy and inspiration of life. They teach you in this way to be an officer and a gentleman.

And what sort of soldiers are those you are to lead? Are they reliable? Are they brave? Are they capable of victory?

Their story is known to all of you. It is the story of the American man at arms. My estimate of him was formed on the battlefields many, many years ago, and has never changed. I regarded him then, as I regard him now, as one of the world’s noblest figures; not only as one of the finest military characters, but also as one of the most stainless.

His name and fame are the birthright of every American citizen. In his youth and strength, his love and loyalty, he gave all that mortality can give. He needs no eulogy from me, or from any other man. He has written his own history and written it in red on his enemy’s breast.

But when I think of his patience under adversity, of his courage under fire, and of his modesty in victory, I am filled with an emotion of admiration I cannot put into words. He belongs to history as furnishing one of the greatest examples of successful patriotism. He belongs to posterity as the instructor of future generations in the principles of liberty and freedom. He belongs to the present, to us, by his virtues and by his achievements.

In twenty campaigns, on a hundred battlefields, around a thousand campfires, I have witnessed that enduring fortitude, that patriotic self-abnegation, and that invincible determination which have carved his statue in the hearts of his people.

From one end of the world to the other, he has drained deep the chalice of courage. As I listened to those songs of the glee club, in memory’s eye I could see those staggering columns of the First World War, bending under soggy packs on many a weary march, from dripping dusk to drizzling dawn, slogging ankle deep through mire of shell-pocked roads; to form grimly for the attack, blue-lipped, covered with sludge and mud, chilled by the wind and rain, driving home to their objective, and for many, to the judgment seat of God.

I do not know the dignity of their birth, but I do know the glory of their death. They died unquestioning, uncomplaining, with faith in their hearts, and on their lips the hope that we would go on to victory. Always for them: Duty, Honor, Country. Always their blood, and sweat, and tears, as they saw the way and the light.

And twenty years after, on the other side of the globe, against the filth of dirty foxholes, the stench of ghostly trenches, the slime of dripping dugouts, those boiling suns of the relentless heat, those torrential rains of devastating storms, the loneliness and utter desolation of jungle trails, the bitterness of long separation of those they loved and cherished, the deadly pestilence of tropic disease, the horror of stricken areas of war.

Their resolute and determined defense, their swift and sure attack, their indomitable purpose, their complete and decisive victory – always victory, always through the bloody haze of their last reverberating shot, the vision of gaunt, ghastly men, reverently following your password of Duty, Honor, Country.

The code which those words perpetuate embraces the highest moral laws and will stand the test of any ethics or philosophies ever promulgated for the uplift of mankind. Its requirements are for the things that are right, and its restraints are from the things that are wrong. The soldier, above all other men, is required to practice the greatest act of religious training – sacrifice. In battle and in the face of danger and death, he discloses those divine attributes which his Maker gave when he created man in his own image. No physical courage and no brute instinct can take the place of the Divine help which alone can sustain him. However horrible the incidents of war may be, the soldier who is called upon to offer and to give his life for his country, is the noblest development of mankind.

You now face a new world, a world of change. The thrust into outer space of the satellite, spheres and missiles marked the beginning of another epoch in the long story of mankind – the chapter of the space age. In the five or more billions of years the scientists tell us it has taken to form the earth, in the three or more billion years of development of the human race, there has never been a greater, a more abrupt or staggering evolution. We deal now not with things of this world alone, but with the illimitable distances and as yet unfathomed mysteries of the universe. We are reaching out for a new and boundless frontier. We speak in strange terms: of harnessing the cosmic energy; of making winds and tides work for us; of creating unheard synthetic materials to supplement or even replace our old standard basics; of purifying sea water for our drink; of mining ocean floors for new fields of wealth and food; of disease preventatives to expand life into the hundred of years; of controlling the weather for a more equitable distribution of heat and cold, of rain and shine; of space ships to the moon; of the primary target in war, no longer limited to the armed forces of an enemy, but instead to include his civil populations; of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy; of such dreams and fantasies as to make life the most exciting of all time.

And through all this welter of change and development your mission remains fixed, determined, inviolable. It is to win our wars. Everything else in your professional career is but corollary to this vital dedication. All other public purpose, all other public projects, all other public needs, great or small, will find others for their accomplishments; but you are the ones who are trained to fight.

Yours is the profession of arms, the will to win, the sure knowledge that in war there is no substitute for victory, that if you lose, the Nation will be destroyed, that the very obsession of your public service must be Duty, Honor, Country.

Others will debate the controversial issues, national and international, which divide men’s minds. But serene, calm, aloof, you stand as the Nation’s war guardians, as its lifeguards from the raging tides of international conflict, as its gladiators in the arena of battle. For a century and a half you have defended, guarded and protected its hallowed traditions of liberty and freedom, of right and justice.

Let civilian voices argue the merits or demerits of our processes of government. Whether our strength is being sapped by deficit financing indulged in too long, by federal paternalism grown too mighty, by power groups grown too arrogant, by politics grown too corrupt, by crime grown too rampant, by morals grown too low, by taxes grown too high, by extremists grown too violent; whether our personal liberties are as firm and complete as they should be.

These great national problems are not for your professional participation or military solution. Your guidepost stands out like a tenfold beacon in the night: Duty, Honor, Country.You are the leaven which binds together the entire fabric of our national system of defense. From your ranks come the great captains who hold the Nation’s destiny in their hands the moment the war tocsin sounds.

The long gray line has never failed us. Were you to do so, a million ghosts in olive drab, in brown khaki, in blue and gray, would rise from their white crosses, thundering those magic words: Duty, Honor, Country.

This does not mean that you are warmongers. On the contrary, the soldier above all other people prays for peace, for he must suffer and bear the deepest wounds and scars of war. But always in our ears ring the ominous words of Plato, that wisest of all philosophers: “Only the dead have seen the end of war.”

The shadows are lengthening for me. The twilight is here. My days of old have vanished – tone and tints. They have gone glimmering through the dreams of things that were. Their memory is one of wondrous beauty, watered by tears and coaxed and caressed by the smiles of yesterday. I listen then, but with thirsty ear, for the witching melody of faint bugles blowing reveille, of far drums beating the long roll.

In my dreams I hear again the crash of guns, the rattle of musketry, the strange, mournful mutter of the battlefield. But in the evening of my memory I come back to West Point. Always there echoes and re-echoes: Duty, Honor, Country.

Today marks my final roll call with you. But I want you to know that when I cross the river, my last conscious thoughts will be of the Corps, and the Corps, and the Corps.

I bid you farewell.”

I know the Truth can hurt deeply, and for that I am sorry, but I challenge these men and women, who make up the Long Grey Line, to meet their responsibility that General Douglas MacArthur spoke of; Duty, Honor Country.

Our Great Republic has been subverted from within and we are now controlled by a Globalist Elite, a Criminal Cabal, who do not have our Best Interests at heart. They are diluting our Sovereignty. They have a Perpetual War Agenda and have World Empire as their stated goal. They have a Genocidal program underway through overt and covert means. They have utilized False Flag Psy/Ops, i.e. 9/11, to move their Policy Objectives forward. They have used Assassination, Mind Control, Frequency Manipulation, HAARP, Chemtrails, Culling of the Population, Illegal Drug deals, Pharmaceutical Intoxication, Vaccination and The Patriot Act to attack the True Patriots of this Great Nation.

Now is the time to jump outside the box and uncover the truth that our Nation is in serious, critical trouble. The Guardians of the Republic must take Action to secure our Freedom and Liberty. They must stand up for our Constitution. They must stand down as it pertains to the Criminal Perpetual War Agenda. They must bring to justice those Military Officers who participated in the 9/11 Psy/Op and the ongoing Genocidal Program to Cull the population. They must secure our Nation from those who have infected us from within, it is their Duty to Honor and Country.

One must go back in history to Germany in 1939. The German Republic was subverted from within and a Criminal Cabal had usurped power thereby enabling the Nazi Philosophy to reign supreme. The Agenda for Full Spectrum Dominance had ensued. We fought for Freedom and died for freedom so others might enjoy the Freedom of this Great Nation.

The United States has been under attack since the Assassination of our President, John F. Kennedy. Those forces who took out our President have gained more and more power and now see their diabolical plans coming to fruition. They are Lucifarian and are literally Hell Bent on World Domination. It is our Sacred Duty to Honor and Country to cleanse this Great Land and our World of this Evil Empire. It is time to restore our Republic of Sovereign States and see this Nation as Beacon of Hope once again.

The Control of the United States is at stake. Our Human Race is depending on us.
